It would take over 250 dollars to buy the 24 hair accessories I don't have. 😱😭🤔. The accessories cost too much, this is digital content not real physical products.

Customer service is nonexistent. There are problems left and right that users aren't compensated for or even responded to in the ticket screen about. Fun game, but needs new management and direction behind the scenes. They spent more energy on a fairly bad makeup tutorial for social media from a player than they have on a single issue users have had the last week, of which there have been many.

  • Love the game, but it needs improvement

I do love this game. I spend some of my own money (like an idiot) and have a style score of 5.7. HOWEVER, so many things frustrate me. Almost every time, all the top looks for a challenge are the exact same look. The only difference is hair styles. Are you kidding me? Maybe it is Fashion Houses voting for their own (I don’t belong to one), but come on! Figure something out with the voting. Also, too many challenges are ridiculous fairytale or mythical themes that would require a player to purchase armor and crazy pieces they’ll rarely use. I love time travel themes, but stop requiring pieces that basically tie a players hands at being original and actually using items from their closets. I also think $8.99 for ONE hair accessory is insane. I’ve written multiple comments directly on the site to Covet Fashion and just get the canned response about notifying the developers. I even pointed out typos, not to be a jerk, but because with all the money we are spending on this site I expect them to have their act together. I’m also at the end (?) of the Jet Set challenges and am curious if there will ever be more beyond the golf one. Didn’t the developers anticipate progress in those levels? Again, I really do love this game, but as a fairly new player I’m gathering a lot of my frustrations are similar to many from the past and apparently have had little impact with the developers.

  • Fun but time consuming & money greedy

App is fun to play around with but once you spend time on the app, you have to spend money. They do not train you how to best design an outfit using your existing resources and so that being said- they try to get you for your money. When you’ve run out of cash or diamonds- both a method of currency to purchase items- they do not let you back out of designing an outfit but pursue you to try to finish because there’s a deadline. You also have to check in every day to get your satisfaction with money or diamonds if you don’t spend a lot of money. So far I’m not impressed with the way that Covet Fashion runs their app. I’m disappointed that they prey on women for their crave for a decent game and their “sense of fashion”.
  • Agitating...

    By lehoffman
Covet Fashion is a wonderful and fun game. However, sometimes I choose one thing, and then when I add another thing, it takes the first item off. For example, I entered a challenge where it had requirements. That’s fine and all, but I clicked to add green pants, and when I wanted to add leather boots, the green pants were taken off. I don’t know if this is normal or not. It really irritates me, because it does this for all the challenges that have requirements. I need a better understanding on what I need to put if this is a normal occurrence. I would go to style one thing, but it wouldn’t allow me to add one clothing item. Then, the next day, I would see someone with the exact same outfit that I tried to make the other day... I don’t want it to keep doing that. It’s very agitating, resulting me to not do many challenges with the required clothes or accessories. I always look forward to styling a look, but when almost all of them have requirements, I lose excitement.

Too much crap is locked in the beginning, its confusing to navigate & enter challenges or see how much time is left. You cant even tell if your outfit is being judged 🤷🏼‍♀️ Design Home is more user friendly.
  • Game getting worse by the day

I have been playing for years and I am noticing more trends that make the game less enjoyable. #1 better customer service (read literally any review for more specifics) #2 reward to pay it ratio is skewed. There was once a time where the expense of challenges payed off with the items one, not any more. Unless you have years worth of out of season items it's impossible to enter challenges. #3 there used to be events where only people of a certain closet value and above could enter. You should do that but also have events where if you have high closet value you can't enter. That way voting on those events will be more fair. #4 unfair voting! New players shouldn't be paired with high closet value players. It's boring for those at the top and unfair for those at the bottom. Doubt anyone will fix this more try to make it better.
